The OxiMax SR Series

The OxiMax SR Series is a new range of leading-edge online Hypochlorite Generators suitable for water parks, water features, swimming schools, community and resort pools with salinities ranging from 2,000 – 40,000 mg/l. Models are available with outputs ranging from 100 – 20,000 g/hr and there are now hundreds of machines operating around the world, particularly in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

The SR Series is available with either SCRX self-cleaning 1.5mm thick Titanium electrodes, or SC8 single polarity 1.5mm Titanium electrodes. Cells consist of CNC machined PVC casings or for larger cells, Thermoulded PVC casings for optimum strength, robustness, performance and long life.

The OxiMax SR Series are PLC / HMI controlled, with optional remote communications, to allow control from anywhere around the world. These machines are simple, reliable, low maintenance and user friendly, allowing peace of mind for the operators.

The OxiMax MM Series is a range of patented, leading-edge technology, continuous “Onsite Hypochlorite Generators” suitable for a wide range of water treatment applications. Models are available with outputs ranging from 100 – 10,000 g/hr and there are now over 3,000 machines in daily operation worldwide.

The heart of the MM Series is the patented MM Cells, which consist of computer optimised waterways and self-cleaning, high performance, long life SCRX electrodes.

Each system consists of a Salt Saturator, a Brine Pump, a water supply system, an MM Series Cell, an Electronic Power Supply, a microprocessor based control system and a Hypochlorite Storage Tank.

    The key benefits of the OxiMax MM Series Onsite Hypochlorite Generators are:


    • Suitable for remote locations, where the machines can run for several weeks unattended.
    • Constant strength, fresh Hypochlorite is produced on demand, with no decay, allowing simple, accurate dosing control.
    • Greatly increased safety, as the produced Hypochlorite is low strength (5 – 9 g/l), meaning there are no Hazardous Chemical handling or storage requirements.
    • Only common salt has to be transported to site and as salt does not degrade, up to 12 months supply can easily be stored.
    • Low maintenance and operating cost, normally around 1/3rd bulk hypochlorite or Chlorine gas.
    • Long life electrodes allow 3 – 6 years between cell exchanges With self-cleaning electrode technology, there is no need for water softeners or acid cleaning.

The OxiMax MV Series

Description

The OxiMax MV Series Cells consist of concentric seamless Titanium tubes, coated with our long life SC12 MMO coating. Models are available with outputs ranging from 100 – 10,000 g/hr and there are now thousands of Cells in daily operation around the world.
Internal PTFE spacers locate the tubes so that the seawater flows through the annulus at high velocity, giving both self-cleaning and high efficiency.

    The OxiMax MV Series is perfectly suited to offshore and onshore facilities where seawater is used to produce Hypochlorite. Treating the seawater with the OxiMax MV Series controls marine organisms and prevents biofouling to ensure continuous uptime and availability of water systems.

    The OxiMax MV Series is ideal for Chlorination of seawater in the sea chests, the condensers and the seawater injection systems. A key benefit of the OxiMax MV Series is that the Cells do not require acid cleaning.
